Job Description Your typical day may include but not limited to: Expect to always work outside in all weather conditions. As an employee you will be involved in various stages of our building process, this will include assisting in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings. We strive to provide a full 40-hour workweek. You must be dependable as we prefer to keep our crews smaller to give everyone as many hours possible.
