Job Description

Your typical day may include but not limited to:

Expect to always work outside in all weather conditions. As an employee you will be involved in various stages of our building process, this will include ironwork, wall sheeting, roofing, gutter, and trim work.

We strive to provide a full 40-hour workweek.

You must be dependable as we prefer to keep our crews smaller to give everyone as many hours possible. You must be able to work heights up to be not limited to 40 feet. You must be able to be a team player, we are only looking for new hires that take pride in working together.

Potential candidates MUST have:

  • Two to three years construction experience in structural steel or metal building erection, (experience in other building construction trades and willingness to learn will be considered).
  • Responsible, reliable, and dependable
  • Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Work well with others in a professional manner
  • Follow directions – written and verbal
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced productive environment, which includes physical labor
  • Maintain a regular and dependable level of attendance
  • Able to work extended workdays and work week
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Not afraid of heights

Job Description included but not limited to:

  • Setting Steel Columns
  • Install Wall Girts
  • Install Purlin’s
  • Install Sheeting and Insulation
  • Install Metal Roofing
  • Operate miscellaneous hand tools
  • Perform all assignments according to safety requirements, with quality and in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $21 per hour – Pay based upon Experience
