Job Description
The Clinical Manager (CM) has direct, supervision and leadership responsibilities to conduct clinical and administrative operations to fulfill the mission of FCC Behavioral Health for their respective programs (MH, SUD) to assure quality, evidence-based care to person(s)-served. The CM will use clinical outcomes to improve overall health of person served, streamline access to care, and reduce cost per person of services.
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff
  • Conduct chart audits and provide feedback to staff
  • Actively lead program staff and report recommendations to the Director
  • Prioritize work assignments and/or problem solutions to ensure completions within established time frames
  • Actively seek clinical enhancements to access or service delivery using evidence-based practices
  • Actively seek stakeholder feedback to inform practices and educate community on available services
  • Conduct monthly focus groups with person served to inform and enhance service delivery and availability
  • Resolve clinical issues in a manner that respects the person served needs
  • Manage conflict
  • Conduct quarterly team meetings to gather feedback on workflow and communicate to entire team
  • Conduct regular clinical treatment team meetings and review cases as assigned
  • Provide in services and arrange for training's to improve clinical skills, documentation, or any trends identified
  • Monitor compliance reports and data collections regularly and address with staff
  • Provide crisis interventions to persons served and knowledge regarding civil involuntary detention procedures
  • Assuring adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.
