Missouri Highlands Health Care's Winterfest will be held at the Black River Coliseum in Poplar Bluff, MO starting January 15th through the 19th. There will be an ice skating rink, community resource tables, crafts, vouchers for a free popcorn and hot chocolate per visitor.
