The 4th Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's will be taking place at McLane Park on October 2nd. This event raises funds and awareness for Alzheimer's Disease. Alzheimer's is the 6th leading cause of death in the US, and more than 6 Million Americans, 120,000 of which live in Missouri, are diagnosed with the disease. Last year, there were 20% more deaths in Missouri from dementia than expected.
