Ralph Wayne Freer is an award-winning sculpture artist who has been developing his uniquely stylized aesthetics for more than four decades. His work will be on exhibit at Three Rivers College Tinnin Fine Art Center Gallery from August 28 to September 29. The Gallery is open Monday – Friday from Noon to 3 p.m. and there is no fee charged to the public.
